- ½ cup shredded ginger
- 1 cup baby corn
- 2-3 cups mushrooms
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1-2 cups firm tofu
- 1 cup green onion
- 1 cup onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2-3 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2-3 Tbsp cooking oil
- pinch of sugar
- white pepper to taste
Cut the mushrooms into halves. Chop the green onion into 1" pieces. Chop onion, baby corn, and mince the garlic. Dice the tofu.
Put cooking oil in a wok, wait for a couple minutes, Put the tofu in the wok and fried them for a few minutes, add garlic, mushrooms and seasoning sauce and stir them for a minute.
Add baby corn and onion then spread stir fry sauce and soy sauce on top. Mix them well for a couple minutes.
Add shredded ginger and stir for a minute then green onion. Turn the heat off. Add a pinch of sugar to taste. Serve with white pepper sprinkled on top.
