BRING YOUR OWN BAG DAY. More and more people in our communities are carrying reusable shopping bags and moving away from the plastic bags (even biodegradable ones) that add to food prices, litter our streets and beaches, clog storm-drains, and kill wildlife. For communities around Monterey Bay and elsewhere in the state, Thursday December 20th is Bring Your Own Bag Day. Watch for bag-giveaways outside some supermarkets. Everyone’s Harvest offers handy reusable bags in several pretty colors for sale at all our Markets. Compact, lightweight, washable. They make perfect inexpensive gifts for friends and family. Treat yourself first!
**On Dec 16 and 17, our bags will be ON SALE for $4 (down from $5 each). And that’s not all! For each bag you buy, get an extra entry into the drawing for free produce. You’ll be ready for holiday shopping and for every day of the year.**
