Business History: Kuki’s started in May, 2013.
Sourcing: Kuki’s makes every effort to use fresh, locally grown & seasonal produce. Our meats are all natural and of the highest quality. We hope our customers can taste the difference.
Personal Note: Having the opportunity to be part of the Everyone’s Harvest Farmer’s Market in Pacific Grove is a homecoming for Teri, who grew up in PG. “I see so many familiar faces through our truck’s narrow serving window. Serving food to a community that means so much personally is definitely like going full circle.”
What motivates you to do this work? Our mission statement “Food, family, friends and fun. We aim to bring a unique multi-ethnic culinary experience to the Monterey Bay area” says it all. It has been the philosophy of Kuki Takata Hillis, our namesake and Teri’s Mother to express her love through great food…comfort food. This affection now defines and inspires the crew at Kuki’s!
