Here at Everyone’s Harvest, we value our interns and volunteers because we would not be possible without them. We are now offering an internship for 1-2 passionate individuals who are seeking experience and education in non-profits, equitable food systems, farmers markets, gardening, or food justice. We encourage our interns to be creative and communicate their ideas to Everyone’s Harvest staff.
Title: Everyone’s Harvest Intern
Hours: Totaling of 15 per week with a three month minimum commitment. About seven hours a week will be spent at either a farmer’s market or theCalStateMontereyBayfarm stand. Eight hours will be determined based on your personal interest and previous experience, and EH current projects underway.
Type: Unpaid, weekly produce available
-Responsible, able to commit to at least 15 hours a week to volunteering with Everyone’s Harvest
-Ability to work with a diverse group of people
-Passion for food and food justice
-Ability to lift 25lbs
-Set up and take down of a market or Farm Stand
-Outreach to community for the farmers markets

-Food Justice Workshops
-Social media assistance
